Doggie Prayers Needed!

My blue merle -that's silver and white- Shetland Sheepdog Smokey suffered a life-threatening bout of pancreatitis and liver failure back in March 2007. Now he's on a special diet and no people-food EVER. Please pray he has no recurrence of this illness.

Pet Food Ingredients Revealed!

Lacey, my sable and white Sheltie (like a small version of Lassie), needs your prayers too. She was just diagnosed with Cushing's Disease besides the Chronic Hepatitis she has suffered for years. If we treat the Cushing's, we may push the liver into failure. It's hell deciding what to do. We are trying a less toxic melatonin treatment for her. Please send healing energies her way.

New Discovery Health Series "In Your Wildest Dreams"

I caught about 45 minutes of a television program today that absolutely fascinated me called "In Your Wildest Dreams" on Discovery Health today, Saturday, 2 PM eastern. In it, three people whose recurring or frightening dreams were impacting their lives received help from professional dream interpreter Lauri Loewenberg in learning to recall, decipher, and ultimately control their dreams. It was eye-opening. If you get a chance to see it on repeat, check it out. I believe it is the start of a regular series. Loewenberg has a dream interpretation book but I haven't had a chance yet to check it out. Her interpretations were right on the money for these people.
